CTS EAM Application Initiation Team

What you'll be doing: Deliver measurable business value by providing core desktop technology solutions that meet business demand while realizing cost efficiencies. Manage the application integration life cycle and look to increase systemic efficiencies through automation of manual processes. Manage internal developed UAT automation process and toolsets. Become an escalation point for any production issues related to application packages. Interface with EAM (enterprise application management) deployment, integration teams to deliver the best in class service. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

What your background should be: Prior experience of application packaging technologies, including MSI, SWV, and AppV. Strong project management experience in the banking sector and previously worked on a desktop refresh project. Above average experience with Microsoft Office, including skills to create Pivot tables for data analysis and write technical documentation. Understanding of the client/server application model and software life cycle process. Excellent problem solving skills and able to work under pressure. An understanding of the desktop operating environment, high deductive reasoning, and problem solving skills.
