What you'll be doing

Provide supervision for custodial services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Implement business practices in order to uphold company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. Position will work to exceed customer and client expectations by proving innovative approaches that sets company apart. Candidate will learn, implement and operate company systems, while providing outstanding operational support. Responsible for the positive outcomes for all planning, organizing and implementation of the company brand in a respectful and appreciative manner.

What your background should be

Basic management experience 3 years and basic functional experience 3 years needed. Experience in housekeeping, environmental or custodial services preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

High School diploma or GED
