What you'll be doing

Clean floors, walls, ceilings, windows, hallways, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and all school building. Maintain school grounds by cutting grass, collecting litter, trimming bushes, etc. Inspect building and grounds daily and reports any defects or hazards to the principal. Repair furniture hardware, replaces light bulbs and tubes, frees stopped plumbing, and regularly cleans drain pipes on the roof and the ground. Participate in in-service for self-development. Ensure other duties as requested.

What your background should be

Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports. Required score on the custodial test. Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of the performance responsibilities listed below.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma degree required.
