What you'll be doing: Measure and install in stock and made to measure window products to customer complete satisfaction and within schedule and to the standards of specified workmanship. Assist the customers to make their experience great. Listening, helping, educating and make the customers come back again. Foster a safe environment through the maintenance of company issued equipment i.e. company vehicle and installation tools. Love to learn and ask questions of the peers. Also, seek out new ways to do the job better every day. Needed to be outgoing and have no problem striking up a conversation with complete strangers and work in any certain work atmosphere.

What your background should be: Attitude needed to be like a half glass full type of person. Would be able to take any situation and make it a positive. Have an internal drive to be fantastic. Expected to be like a chameleon who changes directions on a dime. Doing something one day and do it completely differently the next without missing a beat.
