What you'll be doing

Responsible for establishing and maintaining complete file for each customer, including updated contact information, record of collection effort, payment history and all correspondence. Complete and verify credit application on all customers. Thoroughly understand and can explain the installment sale agreement. Responsible for collection activities on all past due accounts. Maintain credit and financial file on all customers. Assist in the unloading and setup of incoming new product deliveries. Assist in the preparation, loading and delivery of product to customer. Follow company policies and procedure. Perform duties to meet established job standard. Perform other duties assigned by the assistant manager and store manager.

What your background should be

The incumbent must have a working knowledge of state credit laws. Must have a valid state driving license and a good driving record in order to be covered under the company insurance. Good communication and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. Strong interpersonal skill is desired. Excellent customer service skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent
