What you'll be doing

The client company is looking for a talented, career oriented customer account representative to join the team and take great care of customer products, payment and service needs. The candidate is responsible for delivering and setting up products in customer homes; using company collections program to ensure timely customer payments; servicing, picking up and refurbishing customer product. The incumbent is accountable for assisting with sales, merchandising and store maintenance activities. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer focused, need based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Perform other duties as assigned by management if required.

What your background should be

The candidate should have some experience working in a retail, restaurant/fast food, or service business. Must have a valid driving license with a good driving record. Must have strong interpersonal skills, self motivated/results oriented.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
