What you'll be doing

Create and maintain key customer measures reporting of household performance by week, period, and quarter to support the customer analytics and account services teams. Drive small to medium-sized analytics processes and projects under the guidance of corporate loyalty data analysts and the analytics manager. Assist in the preparation of front page manager analysis for pre and post evaluations. Complete reports and division trending using data from multiple sources including market expert, KCMS, dunnhumby shop, quick sales, and various other analytics tools. Demonstrate good judgment in setting priorities, answering or directing correspondence and coordinating various programs/meetings, etc. Maintain high confidentiality of sensitive information. Deliver accurate and consistent analysis in a common format that enables departments and executives to gain insights into complicated data that can be understood and acted upon. Develop insight that enables loyalty account services to provide customer-centric solutions based on proven best practices to help merchandisers and company reach sales goals.

What your background should be

1 year experience analyzing and interpreting data become proficient in the use of SharePoint as a means of storing and communicating key reports and team documentation online possess the ability to gather, analyze, and direct insight analysis, using a wide array of tools and individuals.
