Create customer-facing content that effectively conveys the company unique value proposition. Shape how the solutions and offers are represented online. Influence key stakeholders in field marketing, corporate marketing and partner marketing to create effective go-to-market campaigns.
What your background should be
At least 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a high tech role, with focus on customer experience solutions. Experience in one or more of the following domains: Omni-channel customer experience and marketing, call center solutions, business analytics, workflow and task management. Deep understanding of networking technology a plus. Must have good communication skills.
Required Schooling / Training
Bachelor degree.
