Customer Sales Specialist

What you'll be doing: Provide excellent customer service interaction ensuring customer feels important and valued by greeting customer upon entering store; providing quick and friendly service; and assisting customer purchase through product recommendation and promotion of in-store specials. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintaining proper cash at POS registers. Ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted and faced, priced accordingly, and is there is no out of date merchandise on shelves. Ensure fast food area and equipment is well maintained and properly stocked. Ensure restrooms are cleaned and well maintained. Ensure interior store is free from debris and all spills and stains are immediately cleaned and well-marked for safety precautions. Ensure coolers doors and shelves are cleaned and well maintained. Ensure store entrance, parking lot and fuel islands are swept and free of trash and other debris, signage is not faded or out of date, fuel dispensers and nozzles are cleaned and working properly, and windshield washer buckets are full with clean, non-damaged squeegees.

What your background should be: Prior customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills; read, and write in English. Dependable and punctual. Able to successfully complete multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
