What you'll be doing

Builds and maintains strong business relationships with customers to drive an exceptional customer experience. Understands business processes and makes proactive decisions, effectively solving customer issues and increasing sales. Presents company products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer. Develops sales opportunities and assists in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with customers. Identifies and drives corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels. Works with the global account manager to execute accounting plans. Remains actively involved ensuring on time delivery, billing and customer experience management.

What your background should be

Minimum 1 to 5 years of working experience in a related field. Previous inside sales experience desired. Analytical and structured thinking with a creative ability to determine how best to work toward targets and identify and pursue new business opportunities. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of SAP preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor or associate degree in a related field or an equivalent.
