Customer Service Representative

What you'll be doing: Receive, process and confirm orders from account executives, as well as customers via phone and email; monitor open orders to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and account executives, ensuring that all questions and issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Proactively resolve errors, shipping questions, order status and adjustments, customer issues, etc. and de-escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policy. Work with warehouse to track packages, resolve shipping issues and troubleshoot any known packaging defects, shipping delays, change in shipping information. Maintain customer loyalty by exceeding the customers expectations of outstanding service. Maintain a positive, friendly and helpful demeanor throughout every interaction. Keep up to date on monthly promotions & new product launches. Participate in monthly sales meetings providing reports on any repetitive issues and response to product launches, sales promotions and regional trainings. Develop an in depth knowledge of company products and brand to provide educated product recommendations.

What your background should be: Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is required and the cosmetics industry is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible in high pressure or continually changing situations. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi task and work effectively or efficiently independently or with minimal supervision. Strong decision making & problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and oral communication or listening skills.
