What you'll be doing

The organization is currently seeking a customer care specialist to directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers. Receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practices. Build lasting relationships with the company customers. Educate customers, providers and employers about the company products and services both over the telephone and through face-to-face briefings. Understand oneself, effectively manages emotions, listens and communicates with respect and builds trusting relationships. Consistently model and inspire high levels of integrity, lives up to commitments and take responsibility for the impact of one actions. Meet established expectations and take responsibility for achieving results; encourage others to do the same. Connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy.

What your background should be

Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience is required. Proficiency in all microsoft office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. Ability to type 50-55 wpm. Capacity to maintain confidentiality. Fluency in Spanish.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate or bachelor degree.
