Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering all incoming calls, with an emphasis on first call resolution of customer issues. Assist with requests from difficult clients at times. Research and provide solutions to clients, ensuring a positive service experience. Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Proactive in problem solving. Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
What your background should be
At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. Must have access to a car the site is not accessible by MBTA. Excellent oral communications skills, able to speak in a clear manner. Comfortable with speaking on the phone.
Required Schooling / Training
High school diploma required.
