What you'll be doing

Immediate processing of customer quote and order. Monitor service level of order and guarantee that served according to companies commitment to the customer. Answer center call and redirect the message to the right person in the center. Assist or lead viewing of material in warehouse for customer. Update and maintain daily order sheet. Maintain stock of office supply and order additional supply when necessary. Solve customer issue related to order, quote, quality, delivery, error, etc. Schedule customer visit to the center and receive them in the showroom. Process credit memo and customer return. Post customer payment and manage cash position in the center (deposit money in the bank, update petty cash information, etc.). Introduce request for new customer, new credit limit, change in customer information etc. in the system. Process the PQ and PO in the center. Receive any office and showroom material against its PO. Place marketing material order to DRI. Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales target by recording all information in a timely manner and highlighting in advance any issue that may arise from order or existing account. Maintain the showroom to be clean, in order and that all equipment in the showroom is in working order. Interact with external contractor. Keep record of document in the center according to finance or legal or HR need. Perform analysis in SAP as requested by the GM or the sales or promotion force. Suggest and implement improvement as identified and agreed with the GM and the rest of the team.

What your background should be

Minimum 2 years experience required in customer service role, preferably in stone industry. Experience with SAP or order system required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED is required.
