What you'll be doing

The right candidate's main responsibilities will focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships between company subscribers. This will include communicating via inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as e-mail correspondence. Daily responsibilities would include. Address customer questions and concerns regarding newsletters while also managing account information. Process customer orders while communicating all essential subscription information. Follow scripts to ensure exemplary customer service and call quality Identify and offer cross sell for maximum customer/company benefit. Reach out to customers who have account issues either by phone or email.

What your background should be

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to think out of the box to provide company customers with unique solutions. Successful candidate will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask. Relationship building and sales experience is essential for this position. As this position also requires independent research, candidate must have excellent reading and writing skills. The ideal candidate must have an interest in learning about various forms of investing in the stock market and current trends that affect customer's finances.
