What you'll be doing

Customer Service Representative/Customer Routing Coordinator interacts with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, candidate deal with and help resolve any customer complaints. For instance, a customer service representative may assist in opening an account or help to resolve a problem if customer cannot access in account or if order never arrived. Usually, customer service representatives gather information via a telephone call. Candidate will responsible to review and update customer records on computerized database. Research and respond to customer inquiries. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.

What your background should be

This position required minimum of 6 months of customer service experience or ideally Call Center experience. Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. Good written communication skills and problem solving ability. Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases. Must be able to type at least 25 WPM, knowledge of Microsoft applications; Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer.

Required Schooling / Training

High school education or equivalent, relevant experience.
