What you'll be doing
- A customer service opportunity is being offered at one of the largest and respected staffing agencies in the country. An international corporation has provided labor and professional employment services to hundreds of businesses around the world. The company is searching for English speaking candidates who are fluent in Spanish, and enjoy helping others find work opportunities while providing outstanding customer service to clients. Maintain client and employee relationships. Must be available to work normal business hours & possibly some phone work over the weekend.
What your background should be
- Good customer service skills will compliment success in this role. The role requires understanding of client requirements to successfully provide staffing needs. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required. Computer literate, good written and oral communication skills required. Supervisory and/or staffing background a plus.
