What you'll be doing
- Customer Service Team Leader will serve as primary internal contact to Aftermarket customers. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives to enable the order management process (from order to payment). The individual will administer a call center for orders and warranty. The incumbent will facilitate resolution of customer concerns and deductions by working with customers, Sales, Accounts Receivable, and other departments. She/he will lead Lean Office initiatives and implement standardized work. It is the role of the Customer Service Team Leader to communicate with internal and external customers regarding policies.
What your background should be
- 5 years of sales experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
