What you'll be doing
- The incumbent will perform as a contact center representative assisting internal and external customer. Responsibilities include answering of inbound call and make outbound call to the general public, affiliate, vendor and contractor. The specialist must provide expert consultation on energy efficiency in a variety of discipline and be able to direct customer to appropriate service based on their need. The specialist will manage program information and customer inquiries while working in multiple technical application and database system.
What your background should be
- Three years of customer support experience or a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skill have been acquired. Strong interpersonal skill, including listening, verbal communication in person and over the phone, excellent writing skill and ability to maintain a positive demeanor. Proven problem solving and decision making skill, ability to take personal initiative.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in environmental sciences or related field.
