Cyber Systems Administrator

What you'll be doing: Maintain smooth operation of multi user computer system, including coordination with network administrator. Interact with user and evaluate vendor product. Make recommendation to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery. Develop and monitor policy and standard for allocation related to the use of computing resource. Ancillary duty may include set up administrator and service account, maintain system documentation, tuning system performance, install system wide software and allocate mass storage space.

What your background should be: Must have an active/current T/S polygraph clearance. At least two (2) years of agency experience with knowledge of products used by analysts. At least three (3) years experience responding to user issues. Experience with analytic technical tools, both GOTS and COTS, which may be applicable to mission accomplishment. Familiarity with JIRA for keeping track of user initiated issues/tickets. Experience working with development teams to create and maintain training and engineering documentation. Experience with Unix system administration (Linux, Solaris). Experience updating and maintaining web pages. Experience designing and developing user surveys. Ability to work in a dynamic changing environment.
