What you'll be doing

It is the function for this job to process all new and refill prescriptions. Open orders as required, test eligibility, proof and input prescriptions while establishing productivity and quality standards. Document correspondence and follow up in system. Prepare audit sheets and offer feedback to supervisor. Data Entry Technician will be chargeable for forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to appropriate department for resolution and track status in the system. She/he is expected to assist pharmacy group based on business requirements or production level. Also collaborate with other employees and support with research of missing orders per internal department needs.

0-1 year of data entry work experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma

Who is the client company

Deals with pharmacy claims processing, home delivery pharmacy services and drug data analysis services to manage drug plans for health plans.
