What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible for managing department inventory, in stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor and other operational process of the organizational department to sprout standard. This position supervises organization department employee and ensure proper training, correct ordering, receiving, unloading and storage, rotation of merchandise and building of display. Greet and interact with customer to provide exceptional service in a casual and professional environment. The candidate is responsible for working closely with the store manager, assistant store manager and assistant organizational manager to ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food.

What your background should be

At least two years organizational department experience plus two years supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of organization or related food service; or an acceptable combination of experience is required. Strong ability to work well with people. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Good math skills. Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedure and guideline.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED
