What you'll be doing

Responsible to compos, type and transcribe correspondence, form, report, presentation material and other written communication as required. Receive and screen visitor and telephone call and handle general inquiry. Schedule, coordinate meeting, conference, special event, appointment and travel arrangement. Maintain assigned calendar. Establish and maintain filing system. Order and stock supplies. Open, distribute and handle incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail as appropriate. Coordinate ongoing assignment including budget tracking and various project. Perform research and compile data and report to request, survey and regulatory compliance issue and special project. Proofread finished assignment for grammar, spelling and format. Investigate discrepancy when present and provide solution.

What your background should be

Three year of related work experience is required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of college degree is preferred.
