Deposit System & Product Operations Specialist

What you'll be doing: Serve as a resource and provide support to the branch network on business and system issues. Act as a liaison between back office departments and branches to help resolve system issues. Work in conjunction with AVP, deposit and product operations, and regional branch managers to ensure branches are operating effectively and to resolve complex operating system issues. Maintain deposit interest rates and review products, rates and fees for accuracy. Track rate exceptions; prepare and analyze BIC and other reports for the retail banking operations areas. Provide support and manage bank control deposit changes; conduct maintenance of do SRM, teller insight. Research, and troubleshoot system deficiencies. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: At least 2 years of general banking, administrative and branch operations experience. Experience with FIS or other bank core operating systems. Proficient in computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Access). Knowledge of bank products and services, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
