What you'll be doing

The hiring company is searching to fill a desktop engineer job. As a desktop engineer you will be responsible for conducts 2nd level support for all desktop related trouble calls. Customer service to associates providing effective problem resolution and documentation of all assigned problems and service requests. Responds and resolves hardware software problems. Physical movement of data equipment and installation of hardware and software. This position is subject to being on call for emergency situations. There may be travel between company locations.

What your background should be

1 year minimum experience in a networked environment. Good interpersonal skills & communication skills. Organization and time management skills. A+ certification a plus

High school diploma
