Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field, knowledge of pc architecture to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, good communication skills to explain issues and resolutions to non-technical users. An attention to detail to diagnose uncommon issues. Can perform research on uncommon issues to determine resolutions. Knowledge of Microsoft office. Healthcare experience preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree in related field.
