Development Summer Internship

What you'll be doing: The candidate will responsible for inventory review for projects transitioned in the system. Dispatch order completion for ongoing projects outside of the system. Assist data reconciliation (between systems) for transitioning projects. Design and construct a user manual for the TRD (technical research & development) dashboard. Create a user manual for the appropriate completion of the dashboard to facilitate the on-boarding of new project leaders or for the transition of projects. Design and align reporting templates for business alignment and communication. Review existing templates from planning discussions to internal reports and optimize them in content and communication flow. Identify opportunities to systematically update the dashboard with up to date content.

What your background should be: Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Must be currently enrolled at an accredited College or University with at least freshman year completed. Ideal candidate would be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet timelines. Interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple functions. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint. Team player with excellent customer focus. Strong verbal and communication skills. Must be available to work a minimum of 12 weeks, full time.
