What you'll be doing

Verifying sales contracts & orders for completion and accuracy. Responsible for managing the implementation process for new accounts. Coordinating implementation efforts across the organization, collaborating with numerous stake holders, departments and vendors to ensure accounts go live within established SLA(s). Fielding and processing internal order requests. Maintaining current work in progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate. Using project scheduling and controlling tools to monitor and track real time progress of new accounts as move through the implementation queue. Maintaining contract execution tracking logs. Providing accurate and quality customer service/information for all inquiries regardless of medium used to interact with customers. Providing a timely response to all requests and inquiries. Running daily reports to review and ensure accurate data entry. Other projects as assigned.

What your background should be

1 year of related experience, although new graduates with intern ship experience will be considered. Must have strong skills with MS Office, particularly Excel. Salesforce.com skills are preferred. Must be able to learn new software applications. Strategic and analytical thinker who has excellent communication skills. Ability to self manage, multi task, prioritize, and work across when teams is critical.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
