What you'll be doing

Improve awareness of the company for marketing leaders in high-value segments with content marketing techniques, building from the company's existing content. Refine existing lead generation/creation programs and develop new programs to identify high-quality lead sources. Drive high-value leads from marketing into sales using digital marketing programs. Using testing, online analytics and customer usage data to make fact-based decisions on the comapany's online presence and marketing campaigns. Identify key levers to drive growth-either through existing programs or through new programs, using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Identify and execute pilots to optimize digital marketing efforts to drive CV. Work collaboratively with the partners in sales, research, corporate marketing programs, events and IT. Establish strategy for prioritization and execution of marketing changes.

What your background should be

5-7 years of professional experience, at least 5 of which are in the digital/email/content marketing space. Experience working and delivering results in project-driven teams. Strong problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills. Strong people management and project management skills. Strong planning and organization skills. Solid oral and written communication and relationship skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree
