What you'll be doing

The DSM will create business relationships in established company accounts in a centralized geographic area for increasing the company revenue and grow new market share through consultative sales in SEM, SEO, email marketing, and reputation management campaigns. The selected person will work closely with the OEM partners to align national and local sales advertising strategies. Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of the DSM director of sales. The successful candidate will be applying his/her excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communicating the clients. He/she will implement his/her knowledge and experiences in B2B technology sales, specifically in the areas of web services and digital advertising. The candidate will constantly be looking for growth in overall sales while enlarging the territory of the business. A key component to the success of the person is the fact that it delivers consultative training providing dealers with customized strategies for converting a greater number of prospects into satisfied customers.

What your background should be

Applicant should have extensive understanding of the automobile retail business, knowledge of online and offline advertising & digital marketing solutions. Vast knowledge of online and offline advertising & digital marketing solutions required. Knowledge about the company is a huge plus. 3 to 5 years experience in the dealership vertical with ability to communicate with dealer principals. Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred. 3 to 5 months of job related formal sales training, 3 to 5 years of technical, B2B solutions sales experience, including new business development, excellent work ethic, ability to succeed in a competitive, high performance work environment, strong computer skills with current technical knowledge, solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to close deals and make presentations are desired. Ability to travel overnight periodically is required. Ability to present new product concepts to marketplace and ability to formulate sales plan for designated territory, region or specific client portfolios would be appreciated.

Required Schooling / Training

4 years college degree or equivalent experience is required.
