What you'll be doing

Provide service, which designed to ensure health, safety and welfare of the individual and assist in the acquisition, improvement and retention of skill necessary to support individual to live successfully in own home. Provide service outside of an individual home that support learning and assistance in any of the following areas: self care, sensory motor development, socialization, daily living skill, communication, community living and social skill. Provide service, which designed to assist individual with active participation in inclusive, integrated activity where the goal is that the individual will build relationship and eventually be able to participate in the activity with natural support. Provide service, which involve hand on assistance for physical dependency need of older adult or person with disability and is furnished in the client home. Provide service in order to allow older adult or person with disability to remain in own home. Provide service, which offer direct and practical assistance with household task and related activity. Provide service, which provided temporarily or periodically to older adult or person with disability who unable to care for them to relieve the person normally providing care.

What your background should be

Be at least 18 years of age. Be a United States citizens or non-U.S. citizens with a valid work permit. Ability to communicate adequately in order to complete required forms and reports of visit. Participate in team discussions and follow oral or written instructions. Ability to provide services according to the individualized service plan. Willingness to accept supervision. Valid driving license.
