What you'll be doing
- Monitor, analyze, and estimate the long and short term profitability. Assess the elements contributing to a stock price/performance. Conduct fundamental equity research on individual companies and monitor and integrate research from external sources into their stock selection. Develop the necessary valuation, risk assessment and portfolio construction techniques required to drive the portfolio relative performance versus the benchmark. Coordinate efforts in order to achieve the necessary level of communication within the organization to permit all portfolio managers to benefit.
What your background should be
- 7 years of analyzing us equities. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required; master degree preferred.
