What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the quality and on-time creation of project deliverables. Identify and communicate engagement findings to client management. Direct business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals. Assist with developing or updating firm methodologies regarding infrastructure operations. Present thought leadership at internal training classes, external events, and client environments and work across company service lines to identify teaming opportunities. Lead and provide performance management for staff.
What your background should be
- Eight years of work experience in consulting and/or technology management roles. Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives. Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance IT processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams along with demonstrated knowledge of IT operations, systems, architecture, technical controls, data-centric issues, and considerations.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university in information technology (IT), computer science, business, or related field. Master degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
