What you'll be doing

The incumbent will be a member of a team currently building a centralized employee relation function in an organization evolving to meet changing business need. The role will involve all aspect of employee relation advisory and investigatory work to include tracking, trending, interpreting, and reporting data. Schedule and conduct timely investigative interview and provide appropriate stakeholder update. Identify and ensure all stakeholders such as the human resource business partner and legal partner are current on case development. Assist in ongoing development and maintenance of a case tracking system. Efficiently and effectively, track case to provide for periodic reporting and provide data analysis with suggested enhancement. Assist in development of team protocol.

What your background should be

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years employee relation experience to include 5 years full time investigatory experience in a centralized employee relation model utilizing an online case management system. Experience leading process improvement projects is must. The role will provide guidance across all area of the organization requiring the candidate to have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skill; be highly collaborative; and demonstrate sharp follow through. The ability to understand and influence appropriate outcomes is a key requirement as this role serves as a neutral fact finder and trusted advisor. Discretion and privacy in all interactions is paramount.
