What you'll be doing

Direct and guide all entities within the division through monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities, as well as perform activities for division level entities. Manage all month-end, quarter-end and year-end company-wide financial deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion. Prepare all periodic management reports, both for the CDD leadership teams and corporate. Develop new reports as needed to improve visibility of business performance and to track initiatives. Support the commercial organization through sales reporting, sales development, commercial MBR and QBR reporting as well as any additional ad hoc requests for information from the CDD leadership team. Review current accounting and finance procedures and controls and ensure that h/she is sound, consistent globally and are properly followed at all times. Confirm that all accounting and finance procedures and controls are in line with corporate guidelines and are consistent with the current regulatory environment. Seek waivers to policy from the chief accounting officer when appropriate and ensure these are applied as written and reviewed/updated as needed.

What your background should be

Minimum 10 years of work experience in accounting/finance for a multi-national organization. International experience preferred. Ability to possess international experience and a global approach to business. Experience working in a multi-currency environment preferred. A self-starter with a proven track record of driving projects through to implementation. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and an initiative/creativity to drive change with a hands-on approach and an intense focus on results.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in related field.
