Director of Development

What you'll be doing: Lead, develop, and mange the implementation of the user profile aspect into the internal software platform. Provide technical leadership in the evaluation of technology and solution to best implement the user profile capabilities. Partner with the program and product management organization to communicate clear roadmap, priorities, feature and delivery of the user profile. Hire engineering talent into the user profile team. Ensure project completion within budget and time constraint. Actively communicate to all potential and actual customer of the user profile service to assure success of the customer capabilities that depend on the user profile.

What your background should be: Ten years of professional experience in the software development discipline. Proven experience developing service oriented architecture based system at large scale. Experience developing with structured query language database. Experience designing and implementing caching strategies and domain object for large scale system. Strong communication skill.
