- A minimum 12 years of progressive experience with demonstrated experience in marketing, strategic planning, team/people management, and driving change. An ability to operate within a matrix structure and build strong relationships. Effective communicator (verbal, written and presentation), with a demonstrated ability to influence through a straight-forward style of communication. Moderate travel required. This position has been approved for relocation assistance.
