What you'll be doing
- Work with companies professional staff in delivering exceptional quality care to patients. The Director of Nursing will provide leadership and have overall responsibility for the management of the clinical staff. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for the daily routine of the surgery center. Administration and supervision of all clinical personnel for the ambulatory surgical center. Oversight of clinical aspects to include infection control, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
What your background should be
- New Hampshire Registered Nurse License. Demonstrated problem solving skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ophthalmology or surgical experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor Degree
