What you'll be doing

Direct and oversee the daily operations of the clinical offices. Monitor patient satisfaction levels at clinical offices, and when necessary, act as a patient advocate to provide support and resolve complaints. Develop and initiate external marketing plans for region. Work in collaboration with HR manager and office managers to review and implement policies and recommend efficient staffing strategies. Direct the financial performance of the region. Develop and monitor physician schedule deployment. Maintain current knowledge of health care issues, standards of practices, and professional group activities.

What your background should be

Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare and CPT coding regulations. Experience working with physicians. Five to seven years management experience in a health care or managed care setting. Prior experience managing multiple clinical locations.
