What you'll be doing

The Director of Reporting & Analysis will lead, manage and coordinate the activities of the data analysis and reporting team related to the impact of risk adjustment programs, overseeing the development of reports for internal and external clients, as well as assisting in the creation of new reports and ad hoc queries using SQL, Access, or Excel. This role will interface with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and intended utility of reports, and interface with upstream data owners to identify appropriate data sources and characteristics to be used in report development and production Will lead a team charged with developing the organization capabilities to develop and produce reporting to enable the end to end monitoring of core operational processes and service related key performance metrics. Requires experience with data analysis and reporting related to the impact of risk adjustment programs. Will report monthly on key performance metrics. Manage and coordinate the activities of the data analysis and reporting team.

What your background should be

Healthcare industry knowledge and 5 plus years management experience required. Staff management experience managing technical and reporting FTEs required. Working knowledge of SQL required. Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel. Experience working with large datasets and data environments required. Medicare risk adjustment experience strongly preferred.
