What you'll be doing
- Regularly gather platform needs from our product & service platforms including: ADT Pulse, mobile applications, partner platforms, business dashboards, customer on-boarding & provisioning, mobile partner performance & data analytics. Decompose inter-dependent needs into sequenced, actionable product requirements. Propose the spirational roadmap with internal development teams, outside partners and vendors to determine best technical implementation and execution sequence. Define priorities and drive scope trade off decisions. Directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the product goals for the ADT product platforms. Apply expertise in state of the art product technologies. Define, develops, and implements standard product development frameworks for product development and market introduction. Develop business cases and supporting documentation. Manage life cycle of new platform products and services. Develop or approves recommendations to change systems, policies and procedures; ensures timely and accurate implementation. Establish and manages annual budgets; provides regular reporting and communication to key stakeholders and ELT. Ensures compliance and the highest ethical standards in all processes. Advocates and ensures corporate programs and initiatives are executed effectively and in alignment with ADT corporate strategy. Oversee development of assigned new products and services and ensures customers needs are met. Develop and co-ordinate platform feature launch planning and execution. Provide product support and documentation and develops of product materials. Demonstrate excellent product management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of products on time, in line with budget expectations and corporate strategy. Leads a team of product managers, product marketers and support staff in support of product and corporate strategy.
What your background should be
- 10+ years software application development experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Security and/or related Networking Technology and Development. Strong knowledge of Products & services and associated products/technologies, including all aspects of operations, system platforms and processes. Excellent analytic and strategic planning skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced results-oriented work environment.
