What you'll be doing
- Develop the HCP communication/messaging platform for rLP2086. Lead the strategic development and implementation of innovative and effective HCP strategy and tactic to help drive maximum uptake of this innovative vaccine upon launch. Develop and implement the U.S. launch plan for HCP for rLP20186 within aggressive and accelerated launch timeline. Engage in targeted market development effort with relevant HCP stakeholder in the unique adolescent/college setting. Assist in the development of the annual operating plan. Work collaboratively to identify efficiency and align with the MNB global team. Assist in the execution of organizational plan to meet critical business plan deliverable including annual operating plan, budget and long range forecast. Exhibit a high performance approach to develop strategy, identify opportunity and manage key issue to achieve revenue objective. Develop and maintain strong relationship with all key function, including but not limited to sales, medical, BAI, legal, finance and regulatory.
What your background should be
- 10 or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience, inclusive of at least 7 years of brand marketing experience in a range of therapeutic areas. U.S. marketing experience is strongly preferred. Product launch experience is strongly preferred. Documented ability to effectively engage with OL to drive behavior change. Proven market development experience. Strong business acumen including demonstrated strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional team and lead colleagues outside of a direct reporting relationship through influence and persuasion. An absolute commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations. Ability to navigate internal processes. Prior Vaccines experience preferred but not required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred.
