Discretionary Portfolio Management Specialist

What you'll be doing: Manage and maintain all DPM (discretionary portfolio management) marketing material including overseeing the updating of performance and asset allocation on a quarterly basis. This position also required to manage and maintain all material on Intranet. Work with marketing review group to obtain approvals for marketing material and macro commentary. The successful discretionary portfolio management specialist work with wealth management and asset management in the completion of requests for proposals and brief performance commentary. The candidate has to create weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis management reports, pipeline report, US statistics report and macroeconomic reports. Other works includes IA tracking, fund flows,technical sales support and Investment Committee meetings as secretary and work with bankers, portfolio managers and client advisor in helping to prepare special presentations.

What your background should be: This position require broad knowledge of financial markets, asset allocation concepts and portfolio management. Candidate must have to able to learn DPM products quickly and thoroughly. Some technical skills include: strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent writing skills, strong communication and speaking skills, detail orientation with strong proofreading skills, strong analytical skills and strong time management skills. Effective in working with global colleagues and have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
