What you'll be doing

The Dispatcher position is responsible for increasing efficiency by means of supreme quality management of individuals and equipment; integrating Compliance into the company routine operations; customer daily contact; data collection; support the Health & Safety culture. The most important responsibilities will include: - Monitor Route Time intervals especially for gaps. - Schedule trucks in the most effective manner in order to optimize overall efficiency. - Balance proper distribution of working hours between the drivers.

What your background should be

Basic qualifications for the Dispatcher position: - Two years and more of prior experience in a dispatched capacity. - Receive clear and detailed requirements from the clients. - Solid computer skills and High School Diploma are a must. - Insure complete and clear instructions to the Drivers. - Ability to define priorities, work with minimum supervision and handle reoccurring problems. - Solid communication skills (both
