Dispensing Audiologist/Program Manager

What you'll be doing: Treat clients, patients and residents with respect, care, and dignity. Coordinate the outpatient clinic activities. Work with company support team to expand the services and activities of outpatient clinic. Obtain patient history, counsel, and document. Perform cerumen management, and selection/ordering of hearing aids and ear molds. Provide aural rehabilitation including hearing aid and other device recommendations, selection, fitting, programming, real ear measurement with appropriate counseling and long range customer support. Educate clients on use, wear and maintenance of hearing aids. Work with a range of hearing aid manufacturers. Perform outcome measures for fitting verification. Participate in performance improvement activities. Maintain client/patient/resident computer files and electric medical record.

What your background should be: Current NY state license in audiology. Current NY state hearing aid dispensing license. Experience working in a for profit hearing aid dispensing practice preferred. Strong organizational skills, including proactive thinking and problem solving.
