District Leader

What you'll be doing: Our company is now seeking qualified District Leader that has an extensive experience in multi-unit retail management field. We are in need of a competent business leader, who is truly passionate about customer satisfaction and fashion as well. In addition to that, we are looking for a leader, who is able to manage from 25 to 30stores and is willing motivate our store associates to provide increased conversion and sales. The individual that will be hired for the District Leader position will be also faced with the following responsibilities: - Partner with Real Estate for new store opening. - Guarantee solid leadership to the store associates and managers. - Keep all expenses under control by means of P&L statements in order to manage vendor, staff payroll and store maintenance expenses. - Make sure all clients have the most positive experiences while co-working with us. - Control monetary losses in stores through enforcement of company policies, associate training and close partnership with the Field Adult and Loss Prevention investigators team. - Develop staff for a range of potential growth opportunities within our organization.

What your background should be: The District Leader position calls for meeting the following requirements: - Ability to develop as well as maintain successful working relationships. - Five + years of previous experience in multi-unit management area. - Solid analytical skills. - Excellent leadership skills. - Prior experience working with large store count highly required. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
