What you'll be doing

Being a high quality District Manager means: - Hiring, coaching and building associates. - Analyzing sales results and trends of a particular district in order to increase sales and maximize sales. - Keep the cash and payroll hours under strict control, perform store audits and conduct inventory shrinkage monitoring. - Keeping a stable inventory mix as well as merchandise presentation in order to maximize every store

What your background should be

What we want from you: - Solid recruiting and merchandising abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Skills of a confident leader. - Previous experience in multi-unit Retail Management area, preferably dealing with variety merchandise.
