What you'll be doing
- District Service Manager will be responsible for tracking all work billable or not for the entire staff, managing work flow, reviewing the service demands, managing increase program. The incumbent will be preparing company salary plan, providing a timely performance reviews, maintaining close relation with clients, overseeing safety programs, reconsidering activities, making different appointments with district manager to discuss problems, financial reports and progress, maintaining different programs for the other members of the department measuring productivity, evaluating performance, increasing output, conducting safety meeting, completing different records on demand, tracking mileage and utilizing the service department management system for the given project.

- 3 years of related experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
