What you'll be doing
- Greets donors, receives donations, and provides donors with receipts. Prepares donations for the production processing area. Provides excellent customer service to donors. Greets donors and safely unloads donations from vehicle. Donations may vary in weight with some weighing up to 40-50 pounds. Completes a donor receipt and offers donor a copy. Sorts donated items into designated categories. Assists truck driver and helper in loading donations into company vehicles. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
What your background should be
- Six months experience in similar work environment or equivalent training. Ability to provide world-class customer service to all customers. Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
