What you'll be doing
- The e-marketing coordinator schedules and tracks and analyzes business volumes and employee schedules and shifts, providing observations and feedback to managers to support them in leveraging resources and realizing benefits of productivity/performance improvements. Compiles information from various sources daily into spreadsheet or database to ensure management has one consistent view of organizational performance. Provides job report statistics to management for each functional group to track project volume assessment, number of jobs, hour per job and other information requested by management. Develop and successfully manage project budgets, schedules, projections, and deadlines for all web and email projects, updating team members and clients appropriately. Oversee team expectations regarding scope of work and responsibilities, collaborating with project team to create a weekly/daily production work plan and escalate any issues as appropriate. Clearly communicate with internal designers and web resources the process, quality expectations and response time for web and email projects.
What your background should be
- Company required strong experience with working as a core project management tool set. Minimum of three-year experience in marketing communications or traffic for an in-house agency, design studio, or a communications department. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and preferably Project. Strong communication skills to interact openly with management on reporting and statistics of their teams performance as well as gathering information from management regarding schedules or any other information needed. Excellent project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators to report on the health of each project. Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management as well as offering potential solutions. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Required Schooling / Training
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration.
